Policies and Terms of Service
Due to the custom nature of the product refunds or exchanges cannot be made once order is placed. Additional charges can be incurred for any changes made after submitting the profile form. This will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the specific changes requested. The base price includes minimal clothing consisting of shirt top, slacks and footwear. Custom clothing and accessory requests are priced per order in addition to base price. Payment must be made in full prior to work commencing.
Production time can vary depending on time of year and current workload. A minimum of two weeks is necessary on all orders.
Shipping charges will vary from ground rate services (standard) to added charges for rush delivery. Added insurance on shipping
will be applied only at customer's request and additional expense.
